Fitness Background: I’ve always been active – through sports, running, yoga, hanging outdoors – just life in general. I started practicing the Lagree method in 2018 and never looked back! I’ve loved learning more about the practice and building full body strength – and sharing that knowledge and energy in my classes.

Why I love what I do: It’s just so fun! The energy from our community (students and instructors) brings me a lot of joy. Encouraging others to focus on their own practice and strength is really powerful – and everyone gives the same right back to me while teaching. I find laughter and light through Lagree and Inspire – it brings great balance to my life in many ways.
