Fitness Background:
I started with Lagree fitness as a client and quickly transitioned into instructing in 2012. Although running and group fitness had been a large part of my life, I was quickly addicted to the workout.

Why I love what I do:
There is nothing I enjoy more than sharing my love of the method with others. I feel that by finding mental and physical strength inside the studio, you are able to be stronger outside the studio as well. I will support you in any goal you have and be sure to make you laugh in the process.
