Fitness Background:
My fitness journey began at an early age by participating in sports, dancing, hiking, and enjoying the outdoor activities that the PNW has to offer. The journey continued when I got my Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science with a focus in biomechanics. After years of searching throughout the corporate world for my passion, I decided to take the love of my own Lagree Method workouts and bring it to others by becoming an Instructor.

Why I love what I do:
I am most passionate about full cycle wellness, which includes being both physically and mentally healthy. I also believe strongly in exercise education and the importance in understanding the why, what, and how exercise is vital to our entire being. I love being an instructor because I can bring my values and passion to a studio that so strongly cultivates community and openness. In my teaching and personal life I believe that putting forth all my effort in the simplest things makes me a better person, and I want to be an example of that by empowering everyone who walks through the door to give 100% in class by reminding them to leave it all on the machine! Along with these values, I pride myself on giving focus to self worth – how important to remember while in class and out!
