Fitness background:

In gym class I was the kid who either stood waaaay outfield, hoping no ball would ever come to me, or the one who told the coach I had pinkeye to get out of playing altogether. Not athletic, not very fit. Then in college I met my first fitness soulmate, step aerobics, and from there fell in love with other group fitness classes too. In 2010 I began teaching indoor cycling and HIIT classes, but it wasn’t until Fall 2015 that I found Lagree, Inspire, and The Shakes.

Why I love what I do:
Group fitness has made me a lot stronger, a little more coordinated, and quite a bit leaner. I’ll be forever grateful to the fitness instructors who have motivated me along the way, and I want to pay it forward, maybe introduce others to their fitness soulmates too. Having experienced firsthand how Lagree can change the body – plus the mind that controls it! – as an Inspire client I hope to help others do the same.
