Fitness background:
I have been a fitness fanatic for 15+ years. I started teaching Lagree after falling in love with this method 7 years ago. It’s one of the best total body workouts and gave me back full motion in my left shoulder after breaking my collarbone in a car accent when I was younger. This method feeds my body and my brain and I couldn’t live without it!

Why I love what I do:
I love that I get to teach others what I am obsessed with and help in their journey towards strength and stability. It’s incredible to be a part of the Inspire family and seeing the changes in clients bodies and minds. This is a method that builds over time and to see the strength in numbers in a community that is empowering is an incredible feeling!
