Fitness background:
My fitness journey began after college about 5 years ago when I realized my office job really restricted my activity throughout the day. I was no longer running from class to class but just sitting at my desk all day, I immediately started to notice changes in my body. I began taking fitness classes and became obsessed! After a couple of years of working on my own fitness journey I found a Lagree studio in Houston, Texas. I loved the very first class I took and immediately knew I wanted to teach. I made it a goal and a couple months later I was teaching my favorite workout and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Why I love what I do:
I love watching clients become stronger with each and every class. I know I’ve done my job when clients walk out of class and tell me they were challenged and that their legs feel like jello!
