Fitness Background:
I am a born and raised Seattle girl and have so much love for my city. I believe that a healthy body is a moving body. This belief has fueled my passion for fitness and continues to motivate me on my path to help others recognize and accomplish their goals. I love teaching ambitious classes and encourage my students to find humor in even their most challenging moments.

I received my RYT 200 HR Certificate in 2012 and was trained in the Lagree Fitness Method in 2013. In addition to yoga and Pilates, I also teach cycle, sculpt, kid’s yoga, barre, and bootcamp classes around Seattle.  In 2015, I decided to take my fitness background a step further and went back to school to become a counselor in Nutritional Therapy.

Why I love what I do:
I love what I do because it gives me the opportunity to empower people to take their health in their own hands. It is my ongoing intention to give people the tools they need to feel their best.
