An avid fitness enthusiast, Megan started playing competitive soccer and basketball from a young age. She has dabbled in running, crew, yoga and mat Pilates over her high school and college career. Since finding Inspire in May of 2012, her love of fitness reached new levels after her first workout on the megaformer. With over 400 Lagree classes (and counting) under her belt, Megan deepened her practice and love for the Lagree method by transitioning from client to instructor in Summer 2015. Megan brings the unique perspective of dedicated student and motivating coach to her classes. She is all too familiar with the love/hate relationship of pushing one’s self to reach their fitness goals, and is passionate about helping clients reach their own goals.
