A lifelong student of yoga, Shana found Lagree Fitness the perfect addition to her workout discipline. She credits the 40 minutes that she spends, a few times a week, with helping her shed 30lbs and find muscle she didn’t know she had.

As a yoga instructor, Shana loves the positive mind/body approach Lagree Fitness offers and the encouragement she receives from her fellow students and instructors. Knowing the challenges of getting in shape and staying fit first hand, Shana is thrilled to teach the Lagree method at Inspire and offer her students the same challenging and fun workout that helped her change her body and her life.
