biography

Fitness background: I’ve been instructing various fitness methods since 2010 including yoga, barre, Pilates and my very favorite, the Lagree method. Never boring and always challenging! I’m first and foremost a student., always learning, growing and then sharing that knowledge in my classes.

Why I love what I do: Because it’s fun! I love the energy the room holds when clients are in their zone, working hard, sweating, laughing and occasionally swearing. I love connecting with clients and learning who they are and what their fitness goals are. I’m inspired daily by our clients and by our team of instructors.
