Fitness Background: Fitness & wellness have always been constants in my life. I grew up playing sports, and as an adult, naturally transitioned into other modalities of movement. Strength training, running, pilates, & of course, Lagree are my fitness must-haves! I believe in a holistic approach to fitness – training the mind while training the body. A workout can provide so much more than just physical benefits.

I fell in love with the Lagree method because it provides that perfect balance of strength, endurance, cardio, & stability work – all while being low impact. I started teaching as a way to share my passion for this method with others. Creating thoughtful classes, & guiding, empowering, & pushing others through their workouts has brought so much fulfillment to my life.

Why I love what I do: Being able to move our bodies, in a way that makes us FEEL good, is truly a privilege. It’s an even greater privilege to have the opportunity to guide others in a way that makes them stronger both physically and mentally. I love encouraging my clients to push themselves past their perceived limits. The collective energy of the room truly lights me up. You can always expect me to match that energy in each & every class I teach!
