Fitness Background: I found Pilates in 2004 and coupled classes at different studios with running and various methods of cardio for many years. It wasn’t until I found Inspire and the Lagree method in early 2016 that I felt like I was getting a total body workout and amazed I could feel so energized and strong in 40 minutes!

When I’m not in the studio, you can find me with my family at local sporting events, supporting live music and always planning our next adventure in travel.

Why I Love What I Do: I love the reward of bringing people together for fitness and movement to ultimately accomplish a class that may feel challenging. Seeing this community both clients and instructors, support each other is a total joy. I firmly believe fitness has no age limit, don’t let anyone tell you that you’re too old to do something!
