biography

Fitness Background: Growing up in a fitness-focused family with both sisters as fitness instructors, movement has been a constant part of my life. I spent a decade on the soccer field, four years cheering on the sidelines, the last 10 years lifting weights, walking daily, and logging countless miles running. I’ve ran two half marathons and am committed to conquering one every year. This diverse athletic background taught me that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and different seasons of life call for different approaches to movement.

Why I love what I do: When I discovered Lagree less than a year ago, I was instantly hooked. After my first class, I knew I’d found something special, a workout that delivered the high intensity I craved from weight lifting but with the low-impact mindfulness my body needed. As someone who works from home, the community aspect of group classes became an essential outlet for me. There’s incredible power in sweating alongside others who are pushing through their own challenges. I love creating a space where people can connect with their bodies, find stability in the shake, and grow stronger both physically and mentally.
