These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inspire Seattle mobile application (the “App”), operated by Inspire Pilates Plus SPX, LLC, DBA Inspire Seattle.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App or its systems

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Bookings, Memberships, and Studio Policies

• All classes, memberships, and services must be booked through the App or approved platforms
• Class availability is subject to change
• Inspire Seattle reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, pricing, and services at any time

Cancellation Policy

• Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time
• Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will incur the following penalties:
  • Unlimited membership holders will be charged a $25 late cancellation or no-show fee
  • Monthly membership or class pack users will forfeit the session
    
    

4. Payments and Billing

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated
• You agree to pay all applicable fees, including memberships, class packages, late cancellation fees, and no-show fees
• Pricing and membership terms are subject to change

Future Auto-Renewing Memberships

In the event Inspire Seattle offers auto-renewing memberships in the future:

• Memberships may automatically renew on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless canceled prior to the renewal date
• By enrolling in an auto-renewing membership, you authorize Inspire Seattle to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle
• You may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase
  
  

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

By participating in classes or using our services, you acknowledge and agree:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise
• You are responsible for consulting a physician prior to participation if needed
• You assume all risks associated with participation, including injury

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire Pilates Plus SPX, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our services.

6. Waiver of Liability

Your use of the App and participation in classes may require acceptance of a separate waiver and release of liability, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including logos, branding, workout programming, and materials—is the property of Inspire Seattle and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior.
