Fitness Background: I always loved swimming and water sports growing up and I was on dance teams through high school. But it wasn’t until I signed up for an elective yoga class during my freshman year of college that I discovered a deeper connection to fitness. I found a deep appreciation for yoga’s strength and flexibility benefits along with the mental clarity that the practice can offer. As someone who is constantly on the move, I loved being able to “quiet my mind” through movement. That experience sparked a passion for exploring all kinds of fitness modalities—from hot yoga and barre to HIIT and weight training. Then I discovered Lagree and was instantly hooked! My first class was SO HARD but I was determined to come back. I love the unique blend of high-intensity, low-impact movement that challenges both the body and the mind.
Why I love what I do: I started taking classes at Inspire and loved both the challenging workout and the warm, inclusive community! Lagree has helped me step out of my comfort zone and I’m excited about helping others feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies.
