biography

Fitness Background: Growing up in Alaska, I was always active and involved in competitive sports, mostly downhill ski racing and soccer. Nowadays I run, hike, play softball and adventure all over the PNW. To support my active lifestyle and build strength, I used to spend hours working out at the gym. Luckily, a trusted friend recommended Inspire as an alternative and I’ve been a dedicated student since 2016. I love Lagree so much that I joined the community of instructors in 2022.

Why I love what I do: I believe in the method and its ability to help those in search of growth physically and / or mentally.  I love creating and leading students through challenging and efficient routines that leave them feeling strong and accomplished. It’s inspiring to see students show-up for themselves and rewarding to play a small part in helping them achieve their fitness goals.
