Move With Control
Lagree uses slow, deliberate movement and constant muscular tension. Your instructor will provide cues and modifications throughout class.

What Is Lagree Fitness?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact strength and endurance method performed on the Megaformer. Exercises flow together while your muscles remain under tension, helping you train strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance in the same class.
The pace is intentionally slow. Instead of using momentum, you control each movement so the targeted muscles stay engaged.
Lagree and Reformer Pilates Are Different
Both use spring resistance and controlled movement, but Lagree is its own fitness method. Lagree classes emphasize continuous muscular tension, strength, endurance, and efficient transitions on the Megaformer.
People searching for a more intense Pilates-inspired workout often find that Lagree provides the combination of control and full-body strength training they are looking for.
